Cricket Scotland's objectives were to increase profit margins through raising the profile of their corporate hospitality provision to a business audience. They wanted to increase prices, guests numbers and loyalty to Cricket Scotland.
Match Point were appointed to provide corporate hospitality for all Cricket Scotland's international games, following their approved status for One-Day International test matches.
Match Point embarked on a dedicated sales campaign targeting Edinburgh and Glasgow businesses and London organisations with an Edinburgh base. The level of delivery and service on the day is paramount due the need for repeat loyalty in following years. - 140% increase in price per head over 3 years
- 280% increase in revenue in 2006
